• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission

You retain ownership of the notes, tasks, and other content you create in YourTeamSpace ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and upload.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying code, is owned by YourTeamSpace and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

6. Subscription and Payments

Phase 1 is currently free for personal productivity. Any future pricing tiers, billing cycles, refund policies, and cancellation terms will be clearly published prior to the introduction of paid plans.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep YourTeamSpace available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourTeamSpace and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
